MK and Sir Simon Rattle!

I hope she's found happiness with the Maestro... and it's a wonderfully romantic story (prompted me to rewatch "Meeting Venus"... but - and perhaps the musos can correct me here - Sir Simon's forte is bombast and tried-and-trusted tunes; is this not a million miles from MK's approach?

I'm sure it wasn't very romantic for their respective spouses. Actually, its kind of a sad, immoral tome.
