On Saturday, August 18, Magdalena presented herself in the 48th concert of the world-famous BBC Proms at the Royal Albert Hall in London; she performed Ravel's Sheherezade and starred in the title role of his opera L'enfant et les sortilèges (The Child and the Spells). The London Symphony Orchestra was conducted by Sir Simon Rattle.
