Magdalena live from South Korea

29/03/22
Magdalena live from South Korea

Magdalena will perform in South Korea for a pair of song recitals. She will be accompanied by the excellent pianist Ohad Ben-Ari; together they will perform songs by Bohuslav Martinů, Antonín Dvořák, Johannes Brahms, Béla Bartók and Modest Petrovich Mussorgsky.

The two Korean cities, like Magdalena's hometown Brno, are part of the prestigious worldwide UNESCO Network of Creative Cities in the field of music. In the first of them, Tongyeong, the concert takes place today as part of the 22nd Tongyeong International Music Festival. From 11.00 CEST, the organisers are also offering it as a free stream.
Thursday 31. Magdalena and Ohad will perform in the second UNESCO City of Music, Daegu.

Details of the programmes for both concerts can be found here.
