Magdalena enjoyed yesterday's day with the children from the primary art schools (ZUŠ) of the Ústí nad Labem Region to the fullest. She enjoyed the rich programme prepared for ZUŠ Open festival, one of the main projects of the Magdalena Kožená Foundation. more

Magdalena will perform in South Korea for a pair of song recitals. She will be accompanied by the excellent pianist Ohad Ben-Ari; together they will perform songs by Bohuslav Martinů, Antonín Dvořák, Johannes Brahms, Béla Bartók and Modest Petrovich Mussorgsky. more

Magdalena will receive the Honorary Doctorate of the Janáček Academy of Performing Arts (JAMU) in Brno, Czech Republic, together with Sir Simon Rattle at the ceremonial meeting of the JAMU Artistic Council on Tuesday 18 January at the Orlí Street Theatre, where the ceremony will begin at 11 a.m. more
